Meet Wanda - Founder of Book and Vámonos

Hi! I’m Wanda, the founder of Book and Vámonos and a lifelong traveler.

I was born in Lima and raised between different regions of Peru, from the northern coast to the central Andes. Traveling has been part of my life since childhood, and over the years, I’ve grown to love every corner of this beautiful country, from my mother’s town of Tumbes to my father’s hometown in Junín, the charming energy of Ayacucho, known for its beautiful handicrafts, and of course, the magical city of Cusco.

After working in the tourism industry and for PromPerú, I spent years traveling the world - over 40 countries so far - and eventually felt the call to return to what I love most: helping others experience the magic of Peru.

I created this agency to make travel easier, more enriching, and more enjoyable for people who want to explore Peru without stress. My values are rooted in honesty, transparency, sustainability, and creating travel experiences that feel personal and unforgettable.
